The four bad guys I am going to empisize on are Shredder, Krang, Bebop, and Rocksteady. There are many more bad guys that have got their butt kicked by the Ninja turtles, but I don,t have time to talk about them all.

The one thing that is holding back Shredder and Krang from taking over the world is there lack of unity. They never get along and are always calling eachother names.

Bebop and Rocksteady are Shredders hitmen; they do whatever he tells them to. Even though they never do anything right they will have to play a major role if Shredder or Krang are to take over the world. The key to these four taking over the world is the Tecnodrone (pictured above), which is where the four spend most of there free time.
