Ever notice how there are, like, ten different storylines that every sitcom in the history of television just repeat over and over again? And I somehow manage to find it entertaining..even though the directors and writers don't even attempt to tell the story in a new or exciting way.
This is the first Monday night in awhile that I haven't had to go somewhere or do something. Kinda nice. What to do with all the free time?
I found myself riding by the cemetary again last night. Maybe I should take the ghost tours here in town before moving. There is so much I need to do before moving. This is a great town and I'm going to miss it.
....and I've never felt that way about a town in my life!
Some pyscho was yelling at my neighbors just now when I took the garbage out. I hope she doesn't come back in kill them in their sleep, she looked pretty mad.
I'm really not in the mood for this.
Right now I'm running on low, I haven't had much sleep in the past week and I'm in that weird dream-like state where you aren't very alert or aware yet you're so numb you don't know any better. I'm just kinda sleepy and agreeable right now. It would be hard to stir any emotions in me. I'm tired. When people are tired they are either a) grumpy (not the case with me) or, b) easy going. I think that lack of sleep is the one thing that causes me to be incredibly laid back.
I'm going to go now and return when I have something a little more interesting to say.
Oh yeah. It is funny how I mentioned "About Shmidt" in regards to me going to see it and how I felt I could wait until it came out onto video. As I wrote that down I said to myslef, in that back of my head, "now that you've said that you'll end up seeing it." Believe it or not I'll be going to the movies this Friday! May not seem like a big deal but it is for me, just to give an idea of how often I venture to the theater, the last thing I saw was "Lord of the Rings: Two Towers." Which, by the way, I'm reading right now..I think its calling to me.
Frodo, Bilbo, and Pippin are good names for animals. Ever hear my (not "my," actually I heard this from teacher of mine) theory on dog/cat names? Put a "Mr." in front of it and it triples the cute-facror.
Mr. Pippin. Mr. Bilbo. Nice.
