Photos from our last gig in Alex's bedroom added. We might have some tracks on a 3 way split 7" on Decavity records, more details when it's all sorted. Judge Death (name might change) has played 2 gigs that went pretty well, cheers if you saw us and enjoyed it, we should be pretty active as soon as we've sorted minor details/problems out.

Quick update - we've recorded 8 songs, not sure how we're going to put them out yet, but there's 3 of them on our mp3 page. Check em out.

We've heard from Alex and it sounds like he's having an ace time in Nepal, hopefully he's gonna be back in the next couple of months.

Me, Andy and Ash are in a new band with our mates Dave, Ryan and Chris. So far it's sounding pretty different to the Down - kind of heavy dark melodic hardcore metal, or something. Hopefully we'll be ready to play shows by late summer, as well as having a demo out.

Well, as you may or may not have heard, the Down has split. Alex has gone to Nepal to teach English to kids, and then he's going travelling, and then everyones going to be living at different ends of the country so we've decided to call it a day (especially since the band was Alex's idea in the first place). So much has happened in the last few months it would take hours to write it all out - we've lost a member (due to many issues which i won't go into, Ash was replaced by our good friend Steve Watts), played shows in new towns (Durham, Middlesborough, Grimsby), played amazing shows with some awesome bands (including fucking BANE!?) and recorded in a proper studio (@ the 1 in 12 with Bri of Doom/Devils fame, if you need a studio and you're local, I seriously reccomend it). We played our last show on Friday 3rd of January in Alex's bedroom in Skipton, where we've practiced and played since day one, with Double Six Flight Team, D-Rail and, of course, Fig. 4.0, Ash sang a couple of songs at the end. We couldn't have hoped for a better finish. Thanks to all our friends for making it the best 2 years of our lives.
