| Throughout my time on fanfiction.net, I've realised that a lot of people don't know many of the TMNT:TNM characters. Since most of my fanfics are based on the show, I thought it only wise to create a webpage containing information on the show's fictional cast. |

| Chung I Chung I (pronounced Chung ee), is Venus' master. He is a Shinobi shaman, meaning that he is a master of the internal arts. He often goes to the Dream Realm; an in between place for deep thinkers. Chung I is the guardian of the glass prison, a mirror which has dragons trapped within. When Chung I went to America, he found Venus swimming around in a drainage ditch in China Town. He thought she was a symbol of good luck, so he took her back to China to be raised in the internal arts. One day while Chung I was visiting the Dream Realm, he met Splinter. The two shared their stories but Chung I decided to have Venus kept as a secret. When Venus was 17 years old, the glass prison became unstable as the dragons found a way through Chung I's mind and into the Dream Realm. The dragons captured Master Splinter's spirit as bait, before destroying Chung I. Chung I's last words to Venus was to go to America to help save Splinter's soul. |
| Dragon Lord. Dragon Lord is the main enemy in TMNT:TNM. In the beginning of the show, Dragon Lord and his followers are trapped in a mirror; Chung I being the guardian. He manages to gain access the world of dreams, and captures Splinter's soul to use as bait. He then murders Chung I, forcing Venus to move to America. When Venus and the others go to the Dream Realm, he willingly releases Splinter, and then follows the unsuspecting turtles into the real world. Dragon Lord believes that if he eats the turtles, then he would be able to get their powers. He also has a score to settle with Shinobi's. His servant, Wick, and himself are quite skilled with alchemy, yet he kidnaps Dr Quease, (an expert in mutation) so that he will have the new 'magic' (science) on his side. Though his followers are quite incompetent and he usually fails. Dragon Lord can also breathe fire. |
| Dr Cornelius Quease Dr Quease is the only specialist in mutation in the world. Because of this he is Donatello's hero. Yet while delivering a science lecture, he was kidnapped by the Rank (Dragon Lord's followers). Dr Quease was threatened by Dragon Lord to work for him, and the two made a deal. Dragon Lord gave Dr Quease the best science facilities in the city, while Dr Quease said that he would capture and study the turtles. Yet Dr Quease hates being under Dragon Lord's control and has occasionally betrayed him. He has also worked with Donatello; sometimes for his own interest, and sometimes to trick Donatello into a trap. He is untrustworthy and will do anything in the name of science. |
| Simon Bonesteel Simon Bonesteel is an obsessed and dedicated hunter. His lifestyle has made him a loner, thus explaining his attachment to inanimate objects. He has names for all of his weapons, and talks and congratulates them when they have done a good job. He seems to be quite stupid, yet he knows the turtle's instincts of by heart, catching them offguard a lot of the time. Bonesteel became an enemy when Venus rescued a baby turtle from becoming a handbag. From then on, Bonesteel (or Bonehead as the turtles have called) has been on their tails, wanting to kill them for their massive shells. He believes that animals shouldn't have any rights as they are stupid and were only put on this earth for him to hunt. |
| Silver Silver is a giant talking silver ape. He is the last of his kind and believes that he should be treated as royalty. Silver fulfills his wish by robbing banks and musuems with the help of his hired, low IQ, henchmen. He hates the turtles as they always foil his plans. Unlike the other bad guys in TNM, Silver never goes out to intentionally fight the turtles. He only confronts them when they get in the way, though he once used their ninja skills to his advantage when he hypnotised Donny in order for the turtle to steal jewels for him. |
| Vam Mi Vam Mi and her two sidekicks, Chi-Chu and Bing, are all vampires. Vam Mi's heart was taken from her by Venus' master, Chung I. When the master passed away, Venus inherited the heart, though she didn't know what it was at the time. Still in China, Chi-Chu (a female child vampire) and Bing (a male child vampire) managed to revive Vam Mi, though only for a short amount of time. With time not on her side, Vam Mi pursued Venus to New York in hopes to get her heart back. Like all vampires, Vam Mi, Chi-Chu and Bing cannot withstand sunlight, yet they make up for it with their excellent fighting skills. After failing to get her heart back, Vam Mi was reduced to a pile of ash. Though she was defeated, Chi-Chu and Bing decided to stay in America. |
| Andre Andre is an elderly, blind New York citizen who has befriended Splinter. The two of them would go out at night to Central Park in order to play a friendly game of chess. Because of his lack of sight, Andre doesn't know that Splinter and his students are mutants, though he probably wouldn't mind if he ever found out. |
