| Technical Design Package--Island Getaway, Resort 2003 This project was based on the idea that designers sometimes have a large collection for a season, which is divided into different parts. These parts of the collection are all related, but can have different color stories and slightly different themes. For the Island Getaway Collection, the customer is someone who loves the beach and also loves going out to dinner and enjoying other activities on their vacation. With this in mind, I wanted the collection to be versatile....so that this person can spend a day on the beach, and slip on an outfit over their swimsuit for going out to dinner or sightseeing, without having to go home to change. There are two parts to the Island Getaway Collection--Eveningwear and Beachwear. |
