Conceptual Project
This project was a chance to incorporate my design work with the experience I had working in retail in a lingerie department. Women would come to me and show me a new trendy outfit they had just bought, and they wanted underwear they could wear with it. Unfortunately, a lot of the time, there was no bra or underwear that would work under the outfit without showing. Sometimes there is the option of a strapless bra, or no bra at all. However, many women need more support than that. For this Conceptual Collection, I designed outfits similar to a lot of the current trends in necklines, etc, and also designed bras and panties to go underneath the outfits.
