Cyra Kerr Priscus

Cyra killed her parents in 1515. Her Father had an unnatural obsession with her naked body, and used her for his sexual pleasure. Her Mother, a psychotic individual in her own right, was more than willing to allow the practice as long as she was saved from her husbands attentions, save for her sick obsession of watching. Years of abuse drove Cyra over the edge, and as her Father prepared to come to her bed one night, she gutted him with a cleaver. When her Mother became curious of the lack of her daughters screams, she came to check and met with Cyra's Vengeful blade of death. Drachan found his twin sitting calmly amidst the former shells of their parents, holding the cleaver to her chest. The only words she would give him were, "I'm free."

Depending on her brother throughout their exile, the innocent girl clung to Drachan with a passion unsurpassed by standards of normals siblings. She loved her brother, though she never knew love with him. That experiance would come only with the arrival of Cullen Shaw Priscus.

Suave, ruthless, and impossibly rich, Cyra saw a way in Cullen to repay her beloved brother for the years of care he had given her, for she knew that she was virtually helpless without him. Wanting to become less of a burden to her twin, she engaged in a relationship with Cullen, who was more than willing to take care of her every need, for a price. The price being her body. Used to being the instrument of a man's desires, Cyra was more than willing to use her body to get what she needed. Drachan, however, was not so willing to go along with his sisters idea. Enraged at her ill-made decisions and growing affections for Cullen, he rashly challenged the man to a duel. Cyra, terrified at the prospect of loosing her brother, attempted to stop the duel without success. The end result was her Embrace, and that of her twin.

Eventually banished from the Clan by Marie, the twins wandered as Shadows. Cullen realized his mistake when he orchestrated the banishment of the brother and sister, for both of them had premonitons. He knew there was no chance of luring Drachan back into the fold, so he focused on young, naive Cyra.

sing his manipulative charm, he threatened Cyra with Drachan's death unless she begged re-entrance into her birth Clan. Terrified for her brother, but unable to explain to him her actions or resist Cullen's offer, she instead stole a Lapis ring for her twin, hoping that her actions would speak louder than words.

They did not, for soon after she learned that Drachan believed that she'd betrayed him to their Sire. Held in silence by her fear, Cyra remains a loyal member to the Priscus Clan, and an adoring fledgling to her Sire, despite the fact that her Real loyalties and love belong only to her brother.
