Roach Motel: Bachelorette Pad(#4128RAJ$)
Small, but inviting, this little apartment is clearly dwelling of a person who spends a lot of time at home. The sitting area has a reclining chair with heating, massage, and built in stereo speakers. The sofa is big enough to fit two comfortably. The home entertainment center is overloaded with scores of books. Titles like "Rescuing the Bible From Middle America" or "Zarathustra: Modernism in Antiquity" can be seen here, along with dozens of dime-store paperbacks. Though the TV set and all its accompanying equipment take up quite as much space as the books, the electronics are somewhat dwarfed by the quantity of reading material. A fine writing table and a computer desk are crowded in, the computer powered up and humming softly. Two swivelling office chairs sit nearby, at attention. The walls are decorated with nature scenes, among them a well-rendered image of a pack of wolves howling at a full moon.
The kitchen looks as if it might never have been cooked in. A small microwave on the counter is still blinking "12:00", no one having bothered to set the clock. Beside it is an electric can opener. The only evidence of use is a single glass in the stainless steel sink and a few fast-food bags in the trashcan. The sole decoration on the refrigerator is a postcard bearing a photograph of a monstrous, grimy power plant with "Come to Hanford!" printed on the bottom in fluorescent green.
Through a door opposite the kitchen, the tiny bedroom looks slightly more lived-in. On top of a black particle-board dresser sit a hairbrush, a few hair-ties, and several plastic hairclips, along with a small pile of cheap costume jewelry. A frame designed to hold several of snapshots is hung squarely on the wall. One bed is made, a bright yellow bedspread bravely trying to cheer up the room. Another is made half-heartedly, the bedspread just carelessly tossed over the top, as if to humor someone.
The phone in Roger's appartment rings.
The phone is picked up, followed by his soft voice. " 'Ello?"
"Hey," Dizzy replies softly, "Do you want to come over?" Her voice is slightly shaky, and just barely loud enough to hear.
".. Um.. You ok?" He asks first, cutting off the question. "Where the hell have you been? Everyone has been looking for you and Corey and I got worried and.."
"Just, come over, Jer," Dizzy pauses, "I've been back for a while, but I didn't want you to see me after what happened."
Jeremy sighs. "Dizzy.... Ok.. I'll be right there."
Dizzy nods and hangs up the phone silently. She then continues to sit there, waiting for the kin boy's arrival.
Knock Knock Knock
Dizzy gets up from her chair and opens the door. She does not look well. Her hair is a mess and she isn't wearing any makeup at all. She looks to be very plain underneith all of the glitz.
Jeremy tilts his head a bit to the side. ".. You look like crap." He notes. "You ok?"
Holding the door and looking more towards the kin boy's shoes than his head, Dizzy shakes her head negatively and motions quickly for him to come in.
Jeremy steps inside and glances once over his shoulder, then back to her. Nibbling on his bottom lip, he flops down on a bed and peers up at her.
Dizzy closes the door and follows Jeremy over to the bed. Silently, she sits down and focus on her lap where her hands are folded.
Jeremy scoots close to her and slips an arm around her, pulling the girl close into his embrace, hugging her. ".. Talk to me Amanda..."
Leaning her head against the kin boy, Dizzy closes her eyes. "We tried to do right, we really did." She takes a deep breath to try and steady herself, "But that didn't matter. He kept kicking me."
Jeremy bites his lip hard at that, taking a deep breath. ".. Why did you and Corey leave and break the rules for?" He asks softly, hugging her tightly in his arms, fingers gently tracing along her shoulder.
Dizzy shakes her head and brings up a hand to wipe the tears forming in her eyes. "That was what we thought we were supposed to do. We're supposed to be sneaky, so we were. We were locked up with nothing to do and a problem that couldn't be solved, so we thought we were supposed to leave."
Jeremy sighs and smooths out her hair some. "... You should make do with what you have Amanda ya'know? We're roaches, we are survivors. Solve the problem with what ya got an then just roll with the blows. He was just punishing you in an Ahroun's way, he'll get over it. Just be good from now on."
Dizzy shifts slightly to get as close to Jeremy as she can and buries her head in his shirt. "I tried to do what I thought was expected. I can't read minds."
"Well... I.. well." Jeremy stammers a bit, sighing as he tucks a few strands of hair behind her ear. "Don't worry 'bout it.. this is the Garou way.. Just be lucky you aren't dead."
"You... you should have seen the blood, Jer. I think Corey was even worse than I was. His side was practically torn completely out!" She begins crying in ernest, drenching Jeremy's shirt in tears.
Jeremy blinks a few more times and swallows deeply in his throat. ".. Is.. is he ok now?" He asks softly, his voice wavering. "You are healing right?"
Dizzy nods, sniffling. "I'm... I'm fine... now."
Jeremy lets out a soft breath and squeezes her. "Is -he- ok?"
Dizzy nods again, putting her arms around Jeremy and hugging tightly.
Jeremy sighs once more and holds onto her silently, leaning his cheek against hers. "You should take a shower or something and unwind.."
Continuing to hang on to the kin boy tightly, Dizzy shakes her head negatively. "I just want to stay here," she whispers.
Jeremy sighs softly. "Dizzy.. C'mon.. you can't just hide in yer'room for the rest of your life. Go.. take a shower." He says, nudging her. "I'll be right here, I won't go anywhere. You'll feel better."
Again, Dizzy shakes her head negatively. She just wants to be there with him holding her. It's safe like this.
Jeremy huffs and shakes her gently in his arms. "You want me to take a shower with ya then?" He asks, shrugging. "I got boxers on. I could just wear those."
Dizzy pauses and blinks. "N-No, of course not," she stammers. "I just don't want to get up. I just want to be here and not get hurt."
Jeremy sighs. "You don't get hurt if you take a shower. You should tho'." He nudges her, then stands, sliding his hands into hers and tugging "C'mon, once ya do that, we can get something to eat."
Dizzy allows herself to be pulled up. She bites her bottom lip and asks, looking up into the kin's eyes, "Promise you'll stay and wait?"
Jeremy nods his head and leans over, giving her a soft kiss on the lips. Surprising eh'? He has a backbone. "Uh huh. I'll sit right here and I won't go."
Dizzy slowly shuffles over to the closet and takes out a towel, then dissapears into the bathroom. The sound of running water is soon heard coming from the shower.
Jeremy flops down onto the bed and glances around her room, then blinks once. He spies the Macintosh and heads over to it, turning it on.
The raggie cub is in the shower for quite some time. A good half an hour goes by before the sound of the shower stops. Dizzy emerges from the bathroom in a bathrobe and the towel wrapped around her head. She quietly walks over and sits next to Jeremy by the computer.
By now, the kin has not only hacked into DMV, but he's ordering himself a license plate free of charge. One that says 'Tekkie' on it. Glancing over to her, he offers a smile and tilts his head a bit. "Feel a bit better?"
Dizzy nods her head and leans over to rest it on his shoulder. "What are you doing?" she asks, not really caring, just hoping he'll talk.
Jeremy glances back to the screen and smiles slightly, his fingers flying across the keys as a few screens pop open, then close. "Getting myself a license plate. I bought a car while you were gone."
The garou girl looks up at Jeremy, still keeping her head on his shoulder. "A car? You bought a car? What kind?"
Jeremy wets his lips and chuckles, tilting his head a bit as he adjuts his glasses. "I got a Civic. A lil rice burner. Its cool. I ordered some woofers and an amp for it."
Dizzy closes her eyes and nods her head slightly. "What else have you been up to?"
"Nutt'n. Just.. um... working a lot, worrying about you two. Talking to Roger, talking to John.. nothing much else." Jeremy shrugs his shoulders back some. "Gettin ready for school in two weeks."
Dizzy frowns, looking down towards her bare feet. "I wish I could go back to school. Hell, I wish I could go back to... before."
"I would never know what that was like, Ah've been a kin my entire life." Jeremy says as he turns around to face her, pulling her into another hug. "Look, don't let this get to you. Ya' lived and thats all that matters. They all care 'bout ya you know. They were just as worried as me."
"Thank you," Dizzy says softly, returning the hug. "You're the only sane part of this crazy business."
Jeremy holds her tightly in his arms for the longest of times, squeezing his eyes shut. "MMmhmmm.. Well, nerds are normal. Cool people just turn inta' werewolves."
Dizzy whispers, "Being a werewolf is not cool, Jer. You're lucky." Likewise, not wanting to end the embrace, she continues to hug the kin boy.
"I guess so." Jeremy softly whispers as she holds onto her tightly, then brushes his fingers along her cheek, tilting her head upwards to meet his blue gaze.
He's so sneaky, that Jeremy, but he's also the only thing Dizzy sees around her that is stable anymore. Even the situation with her dad is alien to her. She leans forward, eyes closed, and presses her lips to his.
The warm lips pressed to his bring about a small noise of surprise. Jeremy leans a bit into the kiss and slides his arms around her slowly, keeping his eyes closed, allowing her to take the lead, not being very experienced in this matter.
Dizzy lingers on Jeremy's lips a second before pulling back ever so slightly, closing her lips around his upper lip and letting it go. She opens her eyes to see if he takes a more agressive approach after that.
Jeremy opens up his eyes as well to peer up at her, finally taking his glasses off. Blushing, he tilts his head and lightly traces his fingers through her hair, gently tugging at the ends.
Dizzy smiles and looks deep into his eyes. She slides out of her seat and into his.
Jeremy shifts a bit as you sit on his lap, swallowing nervously. Tilting his head, you can feel his warm breath against your neck, shuddering as he takes in each deep breath.
Dizzy gently moves her hand along the side of the kin boy's face and places her forehead on his with a small, short, pleasing hum. Her eyes continue to stare into his.
Jeremy peers back into her eyes with those baby blues of his. Slinking his hand along hers, he traces his fingers gently upon her skin as the girl cups his face. Letting out a soft breath, he wiggles his nose, softly whispering. ".. Glad yer' feeling better."
"Yeah..." Dizzy replies, sounding detached. After giving him another kiss, she closes her eyes and whispers, her mouth not an inch away from his, "I'm glad too." And moves her head foreward moving her tongue slowly along Jeremy's bottom lip.
The kin boy's eyes close slowly as he leans forward tentavily, letting his fingers carress the soft flesh of her cheek as he brings his lips against hers once more, his own tongue brushing against hers curiously, hesitant at first. With a pounding heart, he lets her continue to guide him, figuring if this helps her in the least, he'll go with it.
Dizzy closes her mouth around his tongue as soon as she detects it and sucks on it gently, moving her hands from his face down his back around his neck, pulling herself as close to him as she possibly can, taking a deep breath in as she holds him tight.
Kissing back, Jeremy lets her teach his lips the rules of the game, his tongue gently dancing with hers in a curious, probing manner. His own breath is sharp and irregular, not used to breathing and kissing at the same time. As she holds him close, he shifts a bit beneath her weight, offering a soft noise of content.
As she relaxes and becomes more comfortable with the situation, and feels he is as well, Dizzy starts attacking the kin boy's mouth with vigor, giving meaning to the term 'sucking face.' Her hands grab handfulls of shirt and continues to hold on to him tightly.
When the Garou gets a bit more forceful, Jeremy emits a quiet gasp in surprise, his arms holding onto her a bit tighter. He tilts his head, letting his lips move against hers in a swift motion, taking what she's taught him so far and tending to her kisses. "..Nngh." He softly murmurs, fingers tracing up her back.
"Mmmm," Dizzy replies, a wide smile of pleasure on her face as she sits up, letting go of his shirt and dragging her hands over his shoulders and down his front, propping herself up. She pauses for a second to catch her breath and relaxes her arms, renewing her barrage of kissing.
Pausing to catch his breath as well, the kin peers out at her from behind the veil of his blonde bangs, his cheeks tinted with a furious blush. When the lips meet his once more, he leans back some in the chair, his lips continuing to match her own aggressive manner.
Dizzy sits back again, sooner than before, wiping her lips with the back of her hand and giggling. She removes the towel from her head and lets it drop on the floor. "Jeremy," she says softly, "Thank you."
Jeremy blushes even brighter as he clears his throat, rubbing the back of his neck. ".. Um.. Your welcome.." He says softly, nibbling on his bottom lip some.
Dizzy smiles and closes her eyes, curling up in the kin's lap, one hand still resting on his chest. The other she uses to clear her face of her damp bangs. "Stay here tonight," she begs, whispering, "Don't leave me alone."
Jeremy bites his lip a bit and glances around the room, then back to her. "What 'bout Sophia?" He asks softly, looking faintly nervous. "And.. um.. well.." He trails off, sliding his arms around her.
The mention of her roommate's name brings a frown to Dizzy's face. "I'm not asking you to sleep with me," she says with a little sigh, "Just spend the night, don't leave me alone tonight." She gives what she thinks is her most lost puppy dog-like pout.
Jeremy blinks and ducks his head a bit, then nods. "Ok ok.. I will.." He says softly, giving her another strong hug. "I'll stay if you want me to."
"I do," Dizzy replies simply, smiling contentedly.
Jeremy nods his head and rubs his neck. ".. Um.. so.. " He trails off, glancing over to the beds.
"Yes?" Dizzy asks in what could be innocence, playing with the kin's shirt with one hand.
Jeremy blushes and glances back to her, nibbling on his lip. "Nothing.. Um... so.." He trails off. "You ready now?" He asks, lifting his chin up a bit.
Dizzy looks over to where she expects a clock on the wall to be, but finding none she shifts and sits up in Jeremy's lap and looks at the time on the computer screen. "Yeah, it is kind of late," she notes.
Jeremy nods his head and glances over as well, then reaches over, striking three buttons in unison, letting the iMac shut down.
Dizzy stands up from the chair and walks into the bedroom. "Let me get dressed for bed, then. Do you need anything?"
Jeremy watches her and runs a hand back through his hair. ".. Um.. well.. I.. got my boxers I guess.. and my shirt." He shrugs, glancing down at his jeans and a button down shirt.
Coming back from the bedroom with some manner of folded silk in her hands, Dizzy kisses Jeremy on the forehead and retreats to the bathroom. "Don't peek," she teases, closing the door.
Jeremy blinks once and tilts his head, watching the door for a moment. Bending over, he unties his shoes and slips them off, then his socks. He may as well get ready.
The bathroom door opens and Dizzy walks out much as she went in, minus the article of clothing she carried in. Apparently she _must_ have put it on, but being as she is still wearing the bathrobe, it's hard to tell.
Jeremy blinks his eyes once curiously and lifts his head up to peer at her. A slight smile tugs on his lips, shy and innocent. He has a good feeling of what she's done, and it excites him in a way.
"That bed is mine," Dizzy notes, pointing at the one with the yellow bedspread, "And that one is Sophie's," she says, pointing at the one to the right of the first one. She turns and reguards the kin boy with a hint of a grin, "Which one do you want to sleep in?"
Jeremy clears his throat with a huge blush on his face. "Well.." He trails off, trying to not sound so scared or intimidated. "Yours of course." Of course. Duh. Why wouldn't he? Standing back up, he lets his arms flop at his side, toes curling a bit against the floor.
"Okay, it's kind of small though," Dizzy says, pulling back the bedspread, preparing the bed to be slept in. "So we're going to have to sleep close together. Unless you'd rather I take Sophie's bed?"
Jeremy continues to blush as he shrugs his shoulders. ".. Its up to you.. I'm a skinny guy." He admits softly. "I don't take up much room." He glances at the bed, then back to her.
Dizzy fiddles with the belt on her bathrobe and removes it, revealing the slip she put on in the bathroom. It's white with lace trim but doesn't have the extra padding in it like her bra, so her small breasts are much more apparent. She sets the bathrobe on a hook in the closet and motions toward the bed.
Jeremy blinks once at the sight and swallows heavily in his throat, trying his best to keep his eyes focused upon hers. Heading to the bed, he plops down on the edge, still in his jeans and shirt, not having made a motion yet to remove them.
Dizzy walks over to the end of the bed and sits on it, waiting for the kin boy to finish with his clothes.
Jeremy clears his throat and slips off his shirt to reveal his pale, thin body. You can see the outline of his ribs through his flesh. There's a few scars along his back also, faint ones, but noticeable. He doesn't offer you a glance to gauge a reaction, he simply works on his pants, sliding them off and folds them, placing the jeans to the side. He's wearing just a pair of Dr Seuss boxers, one fish, two fish -- red fish , blue fish. Cute.
Turning around to watch the boy, Dizzy places a finger on his shirtless back and traces along one of the faint scars. "What happened to you?" she asks quietly and a bit scared.
"Its not a big deal." Jeremy says softly as he turns around to face her, climbing into bed, finding himself even closer. "Happened when I was twelve." Flopping down onto the bed, his feet sink beneath the sheets, toes wiggling.
Dizzy places a hand on either side of Jeremy and looms over him, smiling. "Just because I'm a garou doesn't mean I think violence solves everything, silly boy."
Jeremy glances up at her and blanches a bit, catching sight of her clevage through the thin silky slip. Swallowing, he blushes and reaches up to brush his fingers along her shoulder slowly. "I know.. I'm not much in the way of violence either." Continuing to blush, he slinks the other arm around her waist and gives her an urging tug, so that she may be guided down to him, lips poised for another kiss.
Dizzy giggles and slowly lowers herself to lay on Jeremy, bringing her lips to meet his. She brushes the side of his head as they pick up where they left off on the chair.
Jeremy kisses her back softly as he holds her tightly, his eyes closing. One hand reaches back a bit to snag the sheets, tugging them up and over their bodies. "MMmm.. So.. um..." He says after breaking the kiss for a moment. "We -are- going to sleep tonight right?" A teasing grin.
"_Eventually_," Dizzy replies, giggling as she brushes her bangs from her face again. A useless gesture considering her position.
Jeremy stares up at her admiringly, his cheeks still burning a bright blush. "Oh yah? What do you have planned for us then?"
"Mmmmm... is there something you'd like?" she asks. Dizzy'll teach this boy to take charge soon enough.
Jeremy swallows once and blinks, ducking his head shyly. "I.. Um... I .. I dunno.." He trails off softly. "Kinda hard ta' think with you on me like this."
Dizzy giggles and rolls over to lay on her back next to Jeremy. "Okay. I'm fine with this. Good night then?" She turns her head to watch the kin boy's reaction.
Jeremy blinks his eyes once and shifts a bit to his side, facing her. "Alright." He says softly, glancing about. "Want me to turn the lights off?"
Turning her glance toward the ceiling, Dizzy remarks, "I'm not sure, but I think I've just been insulted."
Jeremy blinks his eyes once. ".. Um... huh?" He asks, looking baffled and confused.
Dizzy holds her hands out (up?) as if to illustrate her point. "I'm in bed with a cute guy and all he can think of to do is for me to get off of him and turn off the light?" Her voice does not sound if she's completely serious, but it's hard to tell.
Jeremy shifts a bit and clears his throat. "Well, .. Erm.. I'm not cute for one.. an two. I.. I don't know what to do when it comes to this." He says, swallowing and feeling stupid. "I'm not experienced at all.. I've never.. well.. did this.. "
Dizzy folds her arms across her chest, a bemused expression graces her face. "Okay. Rule one, I wouldn't let you in here unless you were cute. And rule two, if you like guys, that's okay. I'm not forcing you to do anything."
Jeremy blanches. "Like guys? Um... No.. I don't think so." He huffs and wraps an arm around her chest, pulling himself close. "I.. just don't know what you want and I'm not exactly 'prepared' you know.. um.. if thats what you mean. I don't know the gift of trojan's armor."
Dizzy nods somberly, "Ah, I see. You should probably keep a couple in your wallet or something." She shifts and rolls to face him, smiling. "None of _that_ then, tonight."
Jeremy nods his head and swallows a bit, holding her closely as he lays his hands on her shoulder. "Mmm.. none of that then." His voice is soft, nervous.
Dizzy smiles sweetly. "Well, if you just want to go to sleep, that's fine, then."
Jeremy blushes and clears his throat. "What do -you- want to do?" He asks, letting his feet slip over hers.
"I just want to be with you Jeremy," she confesses, trying to hook his foot with hers.
"You are with me." The kin softly says back to her as he holds her tighter still, keeping his eyes closed, a small smile tucked away upon his lips.
Dizzy simply nods, content to just lay there and have him hold her.
Jeremy leans over and softly kisses her cheek, then scoots out of the bed, heading over and flicks the light off. The room floods with darkness...
