Pacifico Clara is a pilsner that first was brewed in 1900 when three Germans opened the Cerveceria del Pacifico brewery in the port City of Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico.

The picture inside the lifesaver depicts local islands, "Las Islas de los venados", which means the deer islands which have a nice population of deer. The locals ask for it as a "Pacificoballena", which means "Pacific Whale". "Clara" means clear.

The Pacifico brewery was bought by Mexican brewing giant Grupo Modelo in 1954. The Anheuser-Busch company now owns a little more than half of Grupo Modelo.

The clue for this letterbox was originally presented via cell phone after the 99 Bottles Brew Tour: Taco Mac, Newnan, after the 2007 Letterboxing PowWow (III). The box was pulled shortly after being found, as it was a temporary hide. It was planted in early 2008 in its current location...

Go to This Park: 220 degrees from the White Tee on the 6th hole is a 4' tall stump. The tree that fell to the ground extends away from the stump at 170 degrees. Walk along the trunk to the (formerly) top end and continue 18 to 20 steps along the same heading. To your right you'll see a 1.5' tall stump that kept growing. Look in the "caldera", under leaves and branches. Please rehide well.
