Okay, here's how my new Top 6.5 works: There are 6 key players in the list. Then we have down there not quite cutting it 6.5. This guy means I like a particular part of the whole, but not the whole thing. Essentially, I like half of it, and that half still gets to be on the list. Get it? I probably could have explained that way more eloquently , but hey, such is life. Tell your friends.
