A 32,768-color palette that allows for 256 colors on the screen simultaneously

Digital stereo sound with eight sound channels

A proprietary advanced graphics technology called Mode 7 � allowing for spectacular 360-degree game play areas, as in Super Mario Kart

Contoller has six buttons and a control pad.  The L and R (left and right) buttons located on the top of the controller and the A, B, X, Y buttons on the right side
