GAMEBOY ADVANCE (A.G.B) LATEST NINTENDO POWER ISSUE

The new Gameboy Advance system, though we haven't seen any images of it, is sounding superior already.  The system will be held horizontally, instead of the traditional vertical position on previous Gameboy systems.

The system will feature a 3" diagonal LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), which is more than one and a half times larger than previous Gameboys.  Also, the screen can handle up to 32,000 colors at once, which can run smooth animations, without blur as in the Gameboy Color.

The new Gameboy Advance games can have a size up to 256 megabits, as compared to the previous games at 32 megabits.  Best of all, all the original Gameboy games can be played on the new Gameboy Advance system, but not vice versia.

THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: MAJORA'S MASK POKEMON GOLD AND SILVER

Said to be released fall of 2000, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask shows no signs of being a poor game.  The game is being released so shortly after the first because it uses the same game engine.  Once again, you are Link and must save Hyrule, this time you must put on and wear one of many masks, transforming Link into various characters.

Each of these fantastic forms has its own abilities, as you would expect. In Goron form, for example, Link can roll up into a ball for some wild Goron rolling. When it comes times to make music (again a key part of the game), the Goron Link whips out a set of bongos and starts to beat the heck out of them. As a Zora, Link gains fantastic swimming abilities, and in the musical department, he can play a mean aquatic guitar. Although becoming a Deku Scrub sounds rather pathetic, in this form Link can hover like a helicopter and play an quintet's share of horns.

Pokemon Gold and Silver will deliver the biggest Pokemon adventure ever, with all-new Pokemon to catch and a massive new world to explore. Once again, aspiring Pokemon Trainers must embark on a quest to collect Pokemon and prove themselves in battle against eight new gym leaders.

Like Pokemon Red and Blue, Gold and Silver Game Paks each contain different Pokemon. You'll have to trade Pokemon with your friends to catch 'em all. Since Pokemon Gold and Silver are fully compatible with Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow, you'll be able to transfer your favorite Pokemon to your new game.

Pokemon Gold and Silver are guaranteed to amaze you with a wide range of ground-breaking features. A built-in clock will keep track of whether you're playing the game at night or during the day, so you'll have to stay up late to catch nocturnal Pokemon. Gold and Silver also introduces new Pokemon classifications like Dark-type and Steel-type, which can really change your battle strategy.
