Chapter 1: Hmm? Why ?

The sun finally set behind the large green hills . Tiff and Tuff were playing happily in Metaknight's yard . Yes , he has a home . He decided to live close to the castle . Still , he was happy for his freedom . Sword and Blade still stayed at the castle but , mostly stayed with MetaKnight. . Tonight Tiff & Tuff were staying at our cool , blue , starwarrior's house .

"Hey metaknight , thanks again for letting me and Tuff stay here .MetaKnight?" asked Tiff ."Ummm... MetaKnight ? Sword ? What is he doing ?"She continued .

"Hmmm? Oh , he does this every night . Why ? I dont know ." replied Sword .What was MetaKnight doing ? He was looking up at the stars with sadness and a spark of hope in his eyes . Tiff had to know why . I love him to much to see him suffer . She thought . Not that she was physically attracted to him . But as a friend .

It was 1:30 am and everyone was asleep . All except MetaKnight and Tiff .The young girl was extremly tired . But she had to know why he was staring at the sky .

"Hey umm ... MetaKnight ? " "You should be asleep Tiff ." came the calm replie . "*yawn* I know . But I couldnt help but see you were looking at the stars . Can I ask why ?" she said . But all the while regretting everyword after seeing Metaknight's expression change from worry to sadness .

"Ohh , I'm sorry . I- I didnt think it would upset you . Oh , wait ! It's May 21st ! Blade said it was your birthday ! Happy Birthday Metaknight ! ^_^" She said excitedly . She hugged him tightly .

"I love you Meta .Your'e like a big brother to me ." she said sweetly .Metaknight hugged her back again and kissed her forehead .

"Thankyou . I love you too . Now... get to bed . it's late and you need your rest ." he replied .

"Alright Metaknight .Just dont stay up to much longer your'e gonna need rest for the party tommorow . "she replied and skipped into the house .

You see MetaKnight was quite famous for saving the Kings life from one escaped monster who actually stabed him . But that was all the pain that was caused . Metaknight sliced the monsters head right off .So naturally everyone was there to celebrate his birthday .


But with all the love given one love was missing .His love . Leta .His girl . His lover . Her . He knew she was still alive . He had to have hope . He must . It was all that kept him sane . He loved Leta . He hasnt seen her since he went back to fight the war he promised not to enter . He was crushed to hear that he and only he was the last star warrior . But he knew it wasnt true . IT'S NOT TRUE ! SHE'S ALIVE ! he sceamed in his mind .


Tiff acted like her not in looks . But in actions .She also helped him . She was him . Leta lived within pretty much everone . Even himself .
