The evil Inspector Rodriguez is on a mission to wipe out the Halliwell sisters, but he must kill all three before midnight. He isn't doing too well, but like some supernatural video game, he gets to try over and over again. His boss is Tempus, who is able to turn the clock back and start the same day over and over, without anyone remembering they've lived through it before. Anyone except Phoebe that is, who gets that deja-vu feeling. Even when she works out what's going on and convinces her sisters, they must still find a way to defeat Tempus' powers or else he will just keep reversing time till Rodriguez gets it right.
