1 large cabbage
1 lb of hamburger
1 onion chopped
3 garlic pearls chopped
3 tablespoons of worstershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

At the stem end of the cabbage cut the stem out and remove enough cabbage leaves from the center to create a cup large enough to take the meat. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together and stuff the cabbage with them . Place the stuffed cabbage hole side down in a baking dish that has a cover, or if you don't have one, use foil to cover and seal it Add just enough water to the baking dish to steam cabbage. About one cup should do. The juices from the meat should blend with it enough to keep all moist. Bake for one hour at 400%. Serve by slicing cabbage in wedges. Garnish with bacon slices. Goes well with baked potatoe,or better yet mashed potatoes.
