JAPANESE SHRIMP CABBAGE

3 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup of soya souce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cabbage shredded finely
1 large onion chopped fine
4 strips of bacon cut into one inch pieces
1/4 lb of shrimp 3 large garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste


In large frying pan fry bacon till well done.
Ad in garlic, onion, cabbage, soya sauce and water
Steam until cabbage is tender but not soggy, then add shrimp and rice, cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve.
