            The last of their camping gear had been packed onto the coach, and Helen eyeballed the six giant hogs that pulled it.  Zedonks or Zorses pulled most of the Dragon’s Arroyo Express coaches.  As far as she knew, this was the only one that applied the power of porcine creatures.  Helen shuddered and called out to Billiam.

            “Have you got everything under control?  I’d like to run over to the dollar store and see if they have a few things.”

            Billiam had just fastened the last harness on Sooie, one of the lead animals.  “Go ahead.  We’ll be fine till everybody gets back.  This festival crowd that’s popped up makes me itchy about driving this thing through town without Juana.  We’ll just wait here.  Moretta will make sure we’re on time.”

            “You want anything from the store, sweetmeat?”

            Billiam had long ago quit flinching at Helen’s endearments.  “Maybe a Dr. Nutt if you can find one.  You need jink for it?”

            “You can pay me when I get back.”

            “Okay, don’t forget, Moretta said we had to pick up the fare at noon.
