Currently: Zimpon Wongma to His Majesty the King of Bhutan(His Majesty's Representative for People's Welfare). An Executive Committee Member of Tarayana Foundation, a non-profit organization helping the less fortunate in Bhutan. A Board Director on Bhutan Telecom Limited Company's Board.

Jan 2003-Jan 2004, Assistant Project Manager, Department of Information Technology, implementing United Nations Development Program (Bhutan) Project titled “Capacity building and policy support for Ministry of Communications, Bhutan” with a total budget of US$250,000.

 

Simultaneously participated in a team who drafted Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Act 2003 for the Kingdom of Bhutan in consultation with Dr. Ram Jakhu, professor, McGill University, Canada.

July 2003-Aug 2003, Royal Tutor to His Royal Highness Prince Khamsum Singye Wangchuck of Bhutan for Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) preparation.

Oct 2002 –Jan 2003, System Engineer, Department of Information Technology, Bhutan, promoted Internet in all 44 high schools in Bhutan covering 22,000 students and 1500 teachers.

September 2002-Oct 2002, conducted research on primary schools dropout, repeater, and non-enrolment rates in Bhutan for UNICEF.
