"Greetings. My name is Kazuma, and I am the head guard here at Nilasas Gardens. My job is to question anyone who wishes to enter the Gardens. Since you came all this way, I assume you want to enter? Also, you will agree to a few rules that the Garden has set up - to ensure your safety and the safety of the Garden, you see? Well, here they are:

First, you must agree that all the graphics on this page and all that follow it, unless otherwise stated, belong to the Owner of the Garden, Sarah.

Second, you must agree to upload any images you receive from the Garden onto your own server.

Third, you agree that you will put the image on your own website, which is child safe and is not any of the following: Neopets, Yahoo group, or any Web-Community site. You also agree that any image from the Garden on your site will have a link on the same page back to this page

Fourth, you must have a home set up before or soon after you sign the form to adopt. There may not be more than four (4) other creatures on this website. There must be more content than "This is where my (____) will be."

Finally, you agree not to edit or injure any of the images you receive from the Gardens.
