Here's an easy tutorial for making COLORED SCROLLBARS.

A scrollbar consists of 7 different parts, and the image above shows you where exactly they are. Each of these parts can be made into the color of your choice. Insert the following code into the <HEAD> section of your page, somewhere after the line that says <HEAD> :

That's all there is to it. But please make note that this doesn't work on all browsers. You have to have Internet Explorer 5.5 and above.
