Dot Effect
Open the image you want to use. Mine is below:
Now go up to EFFECTS>TEXTURE EFFECTS>BLINDS. Choose the color you want the dots to be. Now check both the HORIZONTAL & the LIGHT FROM LEFT/TOP boxes and make the WIDTH 1 & the OPACITY at 15. Click OK.
You will now see the scanlines on your image. No go back up to EFFECTS>TETURE EFFECTS>BLINDS and uncheck the HORIZONTAL box and click OK.
Your image is now complete! :)
