High Contrast Image Effect
This tutorial will show you how to give your image a "high contrast" look.

First, open up the image you want to use.
Mine is below:
Now, make the image brighter by going up to COLORS>ADJUST>HIGHLIGHT/MIDTONES/SHADOW, and make these your settings:
Your new image should now look something like this:
You can make your contrast even higher by just changing the HIGHLIGHT setting to a lower number.
