1/2 cup........................cocoa.........................125mL
1 cup..............................oil............................250mL

1 1/2 teaspoons..........baking powder........................7.5mL
1 teaspoon................bakintg soda..........................5mL
1/2 teaspoon.....................salt.............................2.5mL
1 teaspoon...................vanilla essence.........................5mL
Combine all ingredients in your mixer and mix for about 3 minutes.
Bake in a coated tube pan (Bundt) in a preheated oven
for 1 hour at 350 deg. F (175 deg. C).
Let cool for 30 min before unmolding.
