Chocolate cake... from scratch!
You will need: 

3 cups...................
sifted flour...................750mL
2 1/2 cups....................
sugar.........................325mL
2 cups...................
boiling water.................500mL
1/2 cup........................
cocoa.........................125mL
1 cup..............................
oil............................250mL
5............................
whole eggs............................5
1 1/2 teaspoons..........
baking powder........................7.5mL
1 teaspoon................
bakintg soda..........................5mL
1/2 teaspoon.....................
salt.............................2.5mL
1 teaspoon...................
vanilla essence.........................5mL


Combine all ingredients in your mixer and mix for about 3 minutes.

Bake in a coated tube pan (Bundt) in a preheated oven
for 1 hour at 350 deg. F (175 deg. C).

Let cool for 30 min before unmolding.
