REALLY.........

I cannot believe the last time I posted was March 6th.  I feel like it was awhile ago but not March 6th.  Oh, My Goodness.  No wonder I was getting emails saying...."You must be busy...you haven't updated your website".  I felt like I was getting better at it but anyways....I digress.

So what is new here?

We are nearing the end of our first year at a school.  We love St. Alphonsus and the community we have there.  The kids and I have made a lot of new friends.  Brett and Sky love school.  They are excited to go everyday.  I have a new position at the school.  I got nominated and then elected Vice President of the Home and School Association (PTO/PTA).  I have been very active with the school since we starting attending and I couldn't be happier.

Brett is continuing to be a stinker.  The other day he decided to mix his milk and spaghetti-o's while I was checking my email.  He then progressed into making a spaghetti-o lake out of my table.  When I came out and looked at him, I said, "You are pure evil!!!"  Of course in a loving voice.  He looked at me like how dare you...and said," I'n not evil, I'n a superhewo."  Without missing a beat.  He is so witty and just like his dad.  Brett is rocking a mohawk now.  He moved while I was cutting his hair leaving a less than desirable style....so we had to fix it with a mohawk.  Derek thinks it is the coolest thing since white sliced bread.  Brett continues to excel at sports and cannot wait until soccer starts in the fall!  He kicks better than I can!!!

Skyler continues to do great with school.  She wants to join competition dance, however I would like her to wait one more year.  She is doing great at regular dance and cannot wait until her recital.  She has a huge heart and loves her brothers dearly.  She is now reading small books and loves it.  However, she thinks she needs glasses now that she can read.  When really her eyes are better than perfect.

Ayden is following in Brett's footsteps.  He is a little stinker.  He is talking up a storm now and loves to talk on the phone.  He is a little sportsman.  he loves to play with kickballs and will do anything Brett is doing.  At Ayden's last doctor appointment they said that his gross motor skills are measuring with a 3 year old.  So he is very advanced at throwing and kicking...boy things.  He is 25% for weight, 25 % for head circumference, and 75% for height.

Derek continues to be busy with work.  He is consistently one of the top DM's in the company.  We are very proud of him.  He is a very hardworker and a very devoted husband and father.  The kids absolutely eat up every second they are with him and Brett is always up for a good "fight" with daddy.  Derek has been very supportive of work for me and helps out a lot of weekends so that I can work and get some sleep.

The next couple of months are proving to be very busy.  I virtually work alot and then none at all.  I have two stretches in the upcoming months where I have about 13 days off.  During that time off, I do have two classes that will further my Emergency room Nurse credentials.  But these are only 4 days long.  One is TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) and the other is PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).  I cannot wait to have those complete!

I have added a whopping four new albums to our albums page.  Be sure you check them out.  Miss you all dearly!!!

Love: Derek, Nikki, Sky, B, and Ayd
