Oh, My Goodness!!!

I cannot believe how the time has gone by. We are back to school already. Actually two weeks down, only 14 more to go! I am just dying to be done. I started precepting at work so I am fully doing the nurse's role there now. Our beloved Gala that I keep talking about got approved, so I have much more work to do there now too! I hope most of you can come and help support Breast Cancer Research!

Derek had his shoulder surgery finally on Tuesday. It went well. The doctor said his shoulder was banged up more than he expected so he had to fix a few extra areas. He is home and doing well (he is doing more than he is supposed to...but who can stop him?). He got an unofficial job offer for Cincinnati but then no word on it? Then there were more rumors that he would stay in the area. Hmmm??? I told D, I was looking forward to redecorating another house!  hehehehehehe......

The kids are doing fabulous! Skyler loves being back at school and at dance class. She is learning so much and having such big conversations now. Our forty minute talk on the way to school the other day was about what animals laid eggs and what had babies! Wow and weird all at the same time!

Brett is doing good on potty training.  He pretty much has the sitting down.  He has had a couple accident free days and then when he does have an accident it is usually only one per day. Yesterday we tried to have him stand up! Too funny.

Ayden is getting so big! He is so cute and lovey. He loves to give kisses and hugs. I suspect that he will be crawling really soon. He is already creeping around!

Not much else going on, or that I can think of! We of course will be having our annual Superbowl Party! Anyone is welcome to come....
