Ok Here Is What I Do, When I Am Not Cheating...This Is A Scedule That I Like To follow...
Gym: 40mins of Weights
         30mins of cardio

OK Now This Is Weigh-In-Day, So This Day I May Or Maynot Take A Day Off An Do "NOTHING"...If I was good all week then OK  if not well then I will try an do something..

Once again weekens are tough ..I have sometimes gone to the gym, however not often..Treadmill is something I never do on the weeken, I should but I d'ont!!

Egg salad Sandwich- whole wheat bread,
1egg, nonfat mayo/ black tea/water
                        OR
whole wheat bread, mustard, turkeyslice
                        OR
              Low Fat Muffin/ Bagels

*Always with black tea & water.(Lg.glass)
       
Raison bran/2% milk/Tea,black
                   OR
2 slices whole wheat bread
mustard/ boiled egg/ Cheese
                   OR
     Low Fat Muffin/ Bagels

Potatoes/Pasta/rice/salads/vegetables these are the meals that I make for my supers. I do not make special meals for myself..I will buy whole wheat pasta, my salads are always with low fat dressing. My potatoes are baked or boiled, The meat I buy is mostly lean.I donnot care much for red meat so I buy mostly white.I also love to make stews an soups, this also is always made with less fat as possible...
Popcorn/shredded wheat/crispy mini's/lowfat yogart/babycarrots/banana's/apples/lowfat crackers
Desserts:
Choc.Pudd nonfat/ frozen yogart/ Peps*/
Now listen folks, I have been known to go off track once or twice..I also am trying to figure out the best eating habits for moi!!  I am still learning as I go..If anyone has any great ideas, well come on an drop me aline, my addy is on my homepage. All new knowledge is welcome..
