Interior

Insulation: As Per Massachusetts Code of Practice.
Walls: Skim coat Plaster with one coat primer and one coat paint.
Ceilings: Some units are 9’ some are 8’, 3rd floor units have cathedral ceilings with a textured finish.
Interior Doors: Colonist Masonite six panel painted white.
Entry door: Painted steel.
Carpeting
: Wall to wall in all bedrooms.
Tile
: Kitchen/and designated Dining Areas per plan. All Bathrooms
Hardwood: Living room and dining area combination
Telephone Jacks: l Bedroom, Living room, and kitchen
Cable Jacks: Bedroom and living room.

Decks (for units that apply): trek decking equivalent.

Mechanical/Other

Heat/Air Conditioning: Forced hot air systems one zone. A/C included
Water Heater: 40 gallon-By Electric.
Washer/Dryer: Electric Hook ups with dryer vented to outside. Customer to provide desired washer/dryer units
Icemaker: Water supply for refrigerator icemakers dispenser.
Kitchen Sink: stainless steel single bowl extra deep.
Smoke Detectors: Installed as per code.
Electrical/Lighting: Circuit breakers. Two Recessed over peninsula in kitchen, master bedroom closet lighting, over head bedroom lights, fixtures in dining area and living rooms where applicable
Bathrooms: Includes venting fan.

Common Areas

Security System: Building is secured by key entry at entrance level and garage level in to elevator. Parking lot will have lights for extra security.

Policies

Designated Parking: One space per one bedroom and studio units. Two designated spaces per two bedroom units. Garage parking available for $5,000 per space. Third floor units 1 parking spot in garage included in sales price.
Condominium fee schedule is as follows: $100.00 per month includes, Master insurance, snow removal, trash removal, landscape, upkeep of the common areas and any maintenance needed.
Pets: One pet is allowed, with association approval.
Builder reserves the right to change these specifications with-out notice.
Materials are subject to availability and builder may make comparable substitutions.
All subcontractors to be the choice of the builder.
