In shrines III dynasty and up to dynasty of a period of Egypt Negada II (4 thousand years up to AD) the images of cargo courts brought in a movement not only oars, but also sail were found. The narrow rectangular sail fastened to removable by a two-leg to a mast. Oars were removed, rowing by them without an emphasis, as on modern canoe. The case was typed from acacia billets, was fragile, and for more rigid connection the ship builders of Ancient Egypt stretched along the case a rope on racks. The same wattles rope densely surrounded the whole case of the ship. Court of this type was basically river and had length 14-20 м, width of 2-5 m.
