My schooling was from St Joseph's Indian High School & later St Joseph's College both in Bangalore.

I did my graduation in electrical engineering from REC Bhopal in 1999. Now it is called NIT Bhopal or MANIT. Needless to say engineering colleges are great fun & I really enjoyed every moment.

It also gave me a great opportunity to develop soft skills like communication skills, debating skills, organizing skills etc. One of the best memories associated with REC Bhopal is the time when some of us had gone to IIT Madras for their cultural festival SAARANG 98. We had won the first prize in Antakshari & got a prize money of almost Rs 1000 which we spent in Pizza Corner!!!(First time I had eaten a pizza)

We had also set up the cultural society in our college Drishtant, I am proud to say that I was associated with building up this society from scratch.

REC Bhopal also gave me my first job in Satyam Computer Services Ltd.

Then I am joined the PGDM course in PM & IR from XLRI Jamshedpur.

XLRI is a wonderful place to be in. Initially being from a engineering background I found subjects like OB, Labor Law etc very tough to grasp. But then I started enjoying myself. Also I got elected to the post of Class Representative twice (both the years). XL was probably the best thing to have happened to me. The rigor of a business school, the submission deadlines, the excitement of placements is to be experienced and just cannot be described.
