School Fete

The school fete, though celebrated on 9th September, forms a part of our celebrations for this extravagant event. The fete started on 10 a.m. till 5 p.m. The chief guest was 'Bharathi'. Firstly, he unfurled the school flag and then took a round in all the stalls. he appreciated all the stalls. he played some games and even played computerised quizzes programmed by the students themselves. There were two computerised quizzes. One was programmed by Nikhil Gupta of Class IXth - A in gwbasic application and the other was prepared by Class XI in language C++. The class IXth was colourful and even sound was played when a answer was correct or wrong. It attracted large crowds. The fete overall was excellent but at the peak time (1pm to 2pm) it rained and a part of the show was spoiled. But the computer stall, which was inside a room, was unaffected. At 5 pm, a glorious day ended.
