Santa's Elves - Finland has a very unique postal system during Christmas. Santa Claus (said to have originated in Finland) has a special meaning here. Parents anywhere in Finland can send any parcel for $5 to this address : 'Santa Claus, Arctic Circle', and guess what? Santa himself would personally deliver the parcel to the children on Christmas eve, complete in a REAL sleigh with REAL reindeer (where accessible in snow!). Special mailmen are said to be employed during Christmas to acheive this stunning and tremendous feat ! The joy of the Christmas spirit is never more strongly pronounced than in Finland.
