Glassblowing - perfumery, Cairo - The art of making Glass containers has existed in Egypt since the ancient times. Glass flutes and containers holding 3000 year old perfume from the Pyramids, are still exhibited in the Egyptian Museum. Here, the worker let me try it a few times, and I was impressed with the skill required to create such wonderful, intricate containers that women liked their perfumes in! It sure is an amazing art.
