Things you should know before talking to me, to save
us some time.
"When are you going to add more?"
- When something new comes along, when I feel like it, or when
I have time.
"Can I use your maps on my page?"
- No. Some of the maps aren't mine, and people might be angry
if their works are passed off for another's. You can't use mine
because I don't want you to.. Asking about it isn't going to change
a thing.
"Help me find an item/place/person!"
- I won't; That's why this site is here.
"Where can I get equipment like yours?"
- This can be simple or hard, depending on you. If you've got
the cash lying around, there are always a few shops selling powerful
items. The Edo shops themselves usually carry many of the items
that I use, provided they can be acquired.
If you're low on cash, don't worry about equipment. Augment your
own strengths by defeating other enemies (no player-mulching,
please), and work your way up to stronger enemies. You'll find
decent equipment off of some creatures, and amass a tidy sum of
gold while you do. If you can't find something off an enemy, there's
a chance you can find it off a specialty trader, somewhere in
the world.
(Hint: Specialty Traders are xenophobic. Look in lonely, dark
places..)
"Why are your statistics/maps different from
other places? Are you wrong?"
- I'm usually right. However, things are prone to change after
I venture through them, because I usually do so first, and then
people begin to claim I had it too easy. They make it more difficult
for themselves, that way. Item prices and abilities shift sporadically,
depending on the circumstances, so those can be difficult to keep
up with as well.
"Do something for me!"
- No.
"Hey! Be my friend/ally/join my guild!"
- No thanks. I do most of my work alone, and I'm not really looking
for any more ICQ contacts at the moment. If you just play the
game and enjoy yourself, we might end up collaborating one day,
which is an easy way to friendship. As far as guilds go, I've
never liked them, and most likely never will. If the game ever
adopts a strong roleplay influence through guilds and clans, perhaps.
Until then, though, it'd just be an excuse for people to ask me
to do things for them.
"Loan me some cash..."
- See the previous comment. If I know you and feel I can trust
you, I might lend you some cash. I don't take well to people begging
me for things off the street however. Keep in mind, I also hear
about people from word of mouth, and a single red strike on your
record will end your conversation with me.
The simple fact of the matter is that you don't need coins unless
you play Nijigen, and if you play Nijigen, you can get your own
coins.
"Gifts....?"
- Sealed boxes make me nervous. If you open them for me, hey..why
not?
"How can we get into contact?"
- I'm online and in chat nearly every day, for many hours.
If for some reason I'm not, or our schedules don't match, then
you can catch me through e-mail.
