I want to tell you a simple story about life, little twists here and thereabout friends and lovers. And I want to show you just a little insight of heaven. So if youre interested in learning more about it, sit back for a while and enjoy your stay here. This is a story about my life. My name is Shinya and Im an angel. ~~~ Prologue ~ 10 years ago ~ Laughter. A childs laughter could be heard all over the place. It was lively and carefree, carried over by the wind, which rustled through the treetops. The area was vacated but warmth lingered around giving everything a peaceful touch. Until a little being showed itself in the middle of the place, surrounded by a sweep of hazy mist and clouds. Doubtlessly, the sounds came from it. The child hopped laughing over the clouds, white wings fluttering cheerfully behind it and with another winged child hard on its trail, trying in vain to catch it. "Shinya, you meanie! Give it back!!" Jun shouted and ran after the young boy before him. Not that he wasnt young, too but he got 5 more years on his account than Shinya. Quite a difference between the two of them. Shinya giggled and dashed off, so that Jun just saw his snow-white wings before he disappeared through the clouds again, leaving him to ponder about how to grab the restless five-year-old. For such a young boy, Shinya already accomplished beauty in its best. His long auburn hair reflected the sun in various shades, letting it look like there were diamonds within and with his every move it glittered slightly golden. With his extremely white wings and light lilac colored eyes he was very known in heaven, since nobody else ever had these attributes. No doubt, he was something special. Jun looked over his shoulder to his wings. They were white, too but when you followed the lines of the feathers you could see the white turning into gray and ended in black at the top. He found them very pretty. Smiling about his thoughts he got on Shinyas trail again. There was no way he would let Shinya keep his angels egg! Who knows what he would do with it. Probably even breaking it one of the reasons why his own egg got secured awayas long as hes still so young. Nobody really knows whats about these angels eggs but every angel in heaven got his own to keep. And there was one rule. Never to get it harm in any way. So there he was, trying to get his angels egg back without scratches and whatsoever. Although Shinya was as impetuous as hell he couldnt be angry with him for a long time. Suddenly Shinya appeared on a sideline in front of him. He rushed forward and grasped a trail of his gown. Shinya shrieked surprised and jumped up, balancing the ostrich like egg on his thin arms. Jun almost thought it would fall down at any moment but Shinya hold it in time, smiling sheepishly at him. Rolling his eyes and breathing in relieve he forget to hold on to Shinya, who took his chance and ran through some trees beside them. "Oh no!" Jun whispered annoyed. "Shinya, dont try my patience!" He yelled through the trees and followed another line. He knew he was faster on this path. He could see Shinya running beside him, in-between the forest. Before him was a clearing. Thinking quickly he made a turn on Shinyas path just in time as the latter one arrived at the clearing. Shinya was startled and let the angels egg fall down. Both of them followed the fall of it as if it was happening in slow motion, without moving at all. Jun screamed in horror as the egg fell through the clouds beneath them. He looked up at the younger one. "Shinya, what have you done?" "Oops, sorry!" Shinya said embarrassed. "You just lost MY angels egg and all you can say is 'Oops, sorry' ??!" He was beginning to get a headache. "I didnt mean to do it! Really!" Shinya tried to defend himself. Jun groaned irritated and grabbed Shinyas hand, pulling him behind. "Cmon lets see whats going to happen to it." They took some short cuts to reach the basis of their home, going their way with firm steps but not in a hurry as not to draw attention from other angels to them. Jun lead them into a huge room with lots of mosaic ornaments everywhere, a big crystal standing in the middle of it. "This should help us to see where the egg is now." He said while touching the crystal with one hand. Shinya did the same in awe. The crystal was illuminating into white light and suddenly they could see the egg, still falling. Juns eyes widened. "Its going to fall down on earth." "Look, its changing!" Shinya was really excited about it all. Jun would have sweat-dropped if this situation wouldnt have been so serious. They watched as the egg changed into a ball, glowing golden. You could almost see through it. The balls speed got slower and then there was a big city in sight. "Thats Tokyo." Jun explained thoughtfully. Sinking further down they saw lots of people moving around in haste, trying to reach their destinations. Simultaneously their eyes fixed on a boy, who was standing in front of a shop. Jun frowned. This boy couldnt be much older than Shinya but he had an amazing aura. He laughed, looking through the window of the shop. The ball seemed to be fixed on the boy, too. It got even nearer to him with each elapsing second. Everyone else was oblivious to the ball coming from above. It hovered for a while over the boys head before bursting into thousands of tiny little shards, glittering all around his body and permeating into him. Shinya looked frightened upwards at Jun. "That wasnt supposed to happen, was it?" Jun shook his head. "No." "Toshiya, lets go!" The boy whipped his head around happily and waved towards a woman, who seemed to be his mother. So, his name is Toshiya? Jun thought. Shinya looked at Toshiyas face intently. He would remember it forever. "God wont be happy about that" Jun said aloud and gazed at Shinya contritely. He got an innocent look in return. "We dont have to tell him. He doesnt have time for us anyway." He said shrugging. After some time of thinking Jun nodded in agreement. What could happen anyway? Little did they know that they caused a string of things going to take place, which would affect a great deal of people around them. End of Prologue |
