Provide corporate legal support for Motorola’s Government Enterprise & Mobility Solutions business and the Networks Cellular infrastructure business.  Reviewed, revised, negotiated, and drafted various legal documents between Motorola and various companies, i.e. Licensing Agreements, Non-disclosures Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Request for Proposals, etc. 

 

Consolidation of the Non disclosure processes between two businesses (GEM and Networks Businesses) by streamlining the process, effectuating consistency through the usage of a standardized template and process, utilizing the electronic NDA website tool, and effectively leveraging the available resources to support the combined businesses.
