TOUR GUIDELINES

TOUR SCHEDULE

Beginning Tomorrow August 1st, tours will be held on an hourly basis.
All tours set on the even hours (8, 10, 12, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10) must be REG STD.
Tours set on the odd hours (9,11,1,3,5,7,9,11) can be anything you like including REG STD.
Please feel free to set quickies such as double screw, once round etc in the odd hour time slots!

It is VERY important to make sure that you begin tours on time from now on. Members who are still in a tour and have jumped the next tour have a choice to either withdraw from the next tour should they still be playing or stay in and take the chance of being dq'd. There is no need to wait for the tour to be over to begin the next tour, just use your clock :)

DELETING TOURS

IMPORTANT

Cases have changed the ruling on deleting tours. From now on, if you cannot do a tour for any reason including not having enough jumpers do NOT remove players and DO NOT MOVE TOURS, delete them citing the reason the tour was not able to be played.
Using tours that have been moved can result in tours being flagged as fraudulent tours, so please DELETE rather than move!!

As promised, here is a chart which depicts not only the number of tours run, but the number of tours set and deleted
according to the information posted by you
on the shout box each day.

If you don't see your name on this chart it is because you haven't run a tour in the month of July.

If you have deleted tours due to lack of jumpers but see a ZERO in that column it is because you have not posted on staff page so I was unable to record it.

PLEASE post any tours that you delete due to lack of jumpers if you wish to have
an accurate total and receive credit from admin for attempting to set tours whether they run or not :)
