At the Tokyo Game Show, the Six Annal Animation Kobe gave Phantasy Star: Online the best network media award.

NDX Exclusive: Virual Fighter 4 on Playstation 2

Scheduled to be released this month, Viral Fighter 4, is sure to take a gap out of Tekken Tag Tournament and DOA2: Hard core. With the game looking more specactuar then both of them. Being AM2's first game on the console, I think its top notch with lighting effects that takes advantage of the more powerful lighting system PlayStation has to offer. The backgrounds look like they came out of a movie. With sun glare shining of water and land. The make up of VF4 is much like DOA2 with a solid story line and cut-scenes after each knock out!. The music is of DVD quality. One other of the big changes are that not all players are Japanese. One of the main characters, Akira is American. There is a rumor of a Dreamcast version if the Playstation 2 version is a success.

Has Bleemcast Matured?

Bleemcast, the new Playstation One Emulator for Dreamcast. For all of you who wonder how Sega got the rights to Playstation, Bleem was first a PC emulator, and profitable. Now Bleem works with SEGA to bring Playstation game such as Gran Turismo 2, one of the hottest PS titles last year. The emulator is specially made for the game, fixing flaws and enhancing the game a tad. New versions of Crono Cross and Final Fantasy are rumored to be in development. Bleem also has GDROM versions that are direct, few enhancements, but general emulation for 150 games on each disc. For me though, I not sure about it. Its allot of money to pay for an extra game. Bleemcast offers it's discs for 20 dollars each.
