Take weeks or days before the ritual to write a list of fears, doubts, hurts and angers.

----any emotions that you feel are holding you back from personal growth

You will need: a black candle
-for grief, parting, acceptance and banishing
a white candle
-for cleansing
a green candle
-for growth and healing
a pink candle
-for forgiveness and emotional healing
pine oil or dress the candles in thyme for wellness and cleansing
(or as we did fresh pine needles and charcoal in your cauldron)
ceremonial fire

Before everyone arrives take a few minutes to bless your house with sea salt and the outside property if need be. Don't forget after everyone is present to close the doorways you won't be using with the sea salt.
Cast the circle.
Call the quarters.
Have participants sit in a circle facing each other.
Light the black candle.
Take a moment to look over your lists - make sure you haven't forgotten anything.
Close your eyes and comtemplate the things on your list.
When you are ready to begin open your eyes.
High Priestess: We gather here this night, the {Kindred Spirits Family}. While we realize all who we
meet and all that we do is meant to teach us. We are ready to let go of all our
suffering, pain, anger, disappointments and sorrow. We call upon the Gods and
Goddesses to join us in this circle now, as we take another step in our rebirth.
Each Member: I your magickal name am prepared to take this step towards emotional and
spiritual wellness. I have allowed others to judge me: to injury me with their words
and actions; and to injury myself with my own words and actions. Forgetting that I am
a child of the Lord and Lady, created in perfect love.
Light the white candle.
High Priestess: With this candle of purest white, we cleanse our souls.
Each Member: I, unconditionally, forgive myself and others for the pain I have suffered. I accept
the lessons learned but release all negative feelings and thoughts.
Light the green candle.
High Priestess: You are welcome now to speak that which you feel comfortable with. Verbalize only
that which you want to in perfect love and perfect trust.
Each member may now talk about what they would like to from their list. Remember the outcome will be the same for things verbalized and not verbalized. Nonverbalized lists remain between you and your Deities. You are in a safe, secure environment surrounded by love.
Light the pink candle.
High Priestess: I welcome you to join me at the fire. In so much as we have trusted each other,
we now must trust the Lord and the Lady to assist us and guide us, as we continue to
heal. As your list is burned and the ashes scatter, allow the feelings of peace, well-
being and love to enter.
Each member now burns their list, one at a time. Remember to give each individual the time they need. As you do so picture the dark/negative energy leaving you as you exhale. Continue until there is no darkness left. Now inhale a pure white/blue healing light.
All Members: From this day until the end of my time this lifetime, I will draw only happiness and love
to me.
Wine and cakes.
Release the Quarters and close the circle.
Let the candles burn out completely on their own.
