Having just wrapped the New Zealand-shot action flick The Vertical Limit with Bill Paxton and Chris O'Donnell, Nicholas Lea has returned home to his native Vancouver to star in Lunch With Charles alongside Bif Naked and Theresa Lee. Best known for his role as Alex Krycek on The X-Files, Lea's e-fans say he's "way more interesting than a couple of special agents and some slimy aliens."

A: A mix of old and new. I've always liked old clothing.
Q: What are you wearing right now?
A: Right now I'm wearing a pair of Dayton's, some Dickie pants and an old vintage shirt.
Q: Any icons growing up?
A: I liked Elvis when I was a kid and I played in a band for a few years so that probably played a part in things. But I was never the guy who was really into the stuff of the moment.
Q: Favourite stores in town?
A: I used to like Mark James a lot - I used to work there. Now I'd say the one designer I really like is Armani. The suits are beautifully made and they're hip but there's also soemthign kinda old about them. He's got great coats and wool pants.
Q: How long does it take you to get read for a night out?
A: About twenty minutes. My sense of what people think about how I look has mellowed (laughts). I used to be a lot more concerned.
