| The Xi'an Great Mosque is in the heart of the Muslim quarter. A colorful and lively place with very different food. I managed to be here during a call to prayer. It was quite interesting. |
| The DaXingShanSi a Buddhist temple meaning big prosperous good deeds temple. In each pigeon hole is a Buddha in a different position. Also is a picture of the 1,000 armed Buddha. |
| The BaXianGong - 8 Immortals Palace. This was a home until, it is said, the resident was visited by 8 immortal beings that taught him until he vanished that night. There are several distinctions between Daoism and Buddhism, but one of the ways to SEE the difference is the fact that the Immortal Beings are more human-like in their appearance. |
