Dr. Ramon appears as an average human. His hair is graying and cropped short. It stands on end at the top of his head and is shaved in horizontal lines above his ears. There is a bluish datajack above his left temple and a skillsoft just behind his left ear. His face is deep with worry lines and his eyes are sunken back into his head. He radiates calmness and normally takes great care in his appearance.

Ramon is always very calm. Nothing seems to worry or bother him. He hands stress well. In fact, he thrives on it. This is probably a result of working some of the worst Emergency Rooms in Seattle for so many years. He is a perfectionist when it comes to medical work. What's more, he has an urge to help out others who are hurt or injured. In his entire life he has never turned anybody away who needed his help

Ramon is also bitter towards many of the hospitals in Seattle. He's worked at nearly all of them at one time or another. As a result he knows a lot of people in the medical field. However, he finds that most of the hospitals in Seattle have directors that are too concerned with saving money rather than saving lives. Ramon believes that the purpose of a hospital is to save lives

Well educated and intelligent, Ramon makes for some interesting conversations. He has a degree in history and can go on for hours about a historical subject. He enjoys the opportunity to talk about what he knows when somebody wants to hear it.
Born Charles Francis Ramon n April 18, 2010, Ramon and his family were forced to move from their home when the treaty with the Native Americans was signed. Staying in the new lands that would soon become the S-S Council would have made for a life field with prejudice and hate. It was best to get out.

Ramon grew up on the streets of Tacoma in Seattle. He had a fairly normal life and graduated High School in 2028. He enrolled at the Seattle University even though he didn't know what he wanted to major in. He took a lot of classes in history for his first year. Halfway through his second year his girlfriend, Jessica Forrbes, was killed in a car accident. Ramon was present at the hospital as doctors worked to save her life. Their efforts were pointless as Jessica slipped into a coma around midnight and was pronounced brain dead by the morning. Though it was a tragic event, it helped Ramon decide what he wanted to do with his life. He enrolled in medical school the next semester.

During his time in med-school he was given a chance to do a lot of traveling. He visited New York and Great Britain. Though he found Britain too stuffy with its formal customs to be of much interest. He managed to graduate from the University in 2038 after doing his residency at Everett General

After graduation, Ramon stayed with Everett General. Though he did work shifts at other hospitals as they needed someone. This let him become known in a number of places. In 2049 he took a new assignment at Redmond General where he would work until 2055.
During his last year as a legal doctor, Ramon performed emergency surgery on a patient with serious heart failure. Though the patient lived, the director wasn't happy with it. The director was more interested in saving the hospital money and Ramon's act had not been authorized. This caused a black mark on his record, but Ramon didn't seem to care
Later that year the director, a woman named Getrude Parker, tightened down on the use of medical supplies, wanting to keep costs low. At the same time he approved more funds for an experimental drug that was being tested on monkeys at the hospital. Ramon and a few others found that eh had to steal supplies from his own hospitals in order to help his patients. Eventually the director got wise to this and fired him. He also made sure to ruin Ramon's reputation so that he would never get a decent job in Seattle again

Ramon was bitter at his old boss, but he wasn't sorry about leaving him behind. He took to the streets of Seattle to try and make his own path. In the years since he has been freelance, Ramon has setup his own little clinic with a variety of equipment. Now he can heal people, perform light operations, or even implant cybernetics
