Lenny

Lenny stands a little over 1.82 meters (6'0") and weighs about 82 kg (180 lbs), though some of his weight is credited to the metal that is in his body. His reddish-brown hair is layered with long hair on top that cascades over the shorter hair on bottom. His eyes have been replaced with cybereyes that have an unusual appearance. They are entirely black without and noticeable pupils. Actually there are pupils, only they are such a dark shade of blue that they blend in with the black.

Lenny was once one of the most shrewd characters in all the sprawl. He was ruthless and cold in his profession. However, that was only when he was young. Now a lot of that has changed. He is very much a people person and loves meeting and making new friends. He relishes any chance to go to a popular party. Personally he is fascinated by people and the unique characteristics that everyone has. This makes it easier for him to deal with others.
His mind also has a gift for tactical thought. He has been known to execute elaborate plans and form amazingly detailed lies and scams. This has been a great asset to him, allowing him to organize people and resources.

Morally, Lenny is not above doing much. In the past he's done a lot of shady things. Though now he has much more respect for other people. He believes that violence can be avoided, but is necessary in many situations in order to survive. He has also had some bad experiences with BTL chips in the past. It took the better part of a year to get over his addiction. As a result he dislikes BTL dealers because the chips almost ruined his life. He also has a dislike of the Yakuza for what they did to his lover.

Lenny's word is his life. He will never go back on his word no matter what the dangers are. Once his committed himself to someone, his own pride won't let him walk away.
Lenny was born and raised in a predominately human and ork neighborhood in Auburn. Most of his early childhood was very normal. Even though he did join a small gang called the "Trippers" when he was young. The gang was lead by a ork named Stone. It was during his time with the Trippers that Lenny was introduced to BTLs. The gang sold the chips as a means to make money. In term, a portion of the profits were given to the gangs suppliers, the local Mafia. He took on his pin-name, Lenny, when he entered to fold of the Mafia. This was done to keep his family safe incase he was ever caught by the police or worse.
He respected the Mafia, seeing that they were the closest thing to law and order that his neighborhood had. As he got older, the family took him under its wing. Lenny was soon selling chips to ever popular clientele. The money started coming in and pretty soon he was living a high lifestyle. Yet it wouldn't last. Lenny had gotten addicted to the very drugs he sold. It ruined his life by dulling his mind and making him careless. The family began to look down on him, seeing him as just another addict and someone who was wasting their money.
It wasn't surprising when Lenny dropped his guard and a group of Yakuza, whom Lenny had been selling chips on their turf, broke into his apartment one night and nearly killed him. The Yaks put two bullets in each of his knees and beat him until his face was unrecognizable. As a final punishment for his "Unworthy Actions", one of the Yaks plucked out his eyes. They also killed his lover, a elf woman by the name of Serena Flailstaff, by gagging, binding her hands, and drowning her in the bathtub.

By some stroke of luck, Lenny survived the encounter. Afterwards he had a renewed will to seek revenge over what the Yakuza had done to him. He immediately turned to his close friend, Jerry Greon. Jerry agreed to help Lenny break his addiction and help get him back on his feet, but there was a price to this kindness. Lenny would have to subject himself to cybernetic replacement surgery and serve with undying loyalty to the Don for no less than five years doing whatever was asked of him. For the chance to get the murderers of his love, Lenny agreed. So he was introduced to Dr. Ramon. He performed the implants on Lenny that made him a dangerous man. In return Lenny hunted down the yaks who had wronged him and enacted his vengeance in the most horrible way he could think of.
Bound by his word, Lenny stayed with Jerry for the next five years performing whatever was asked of him. He lead many a hit team against enemies of the family. He willingly slaughtered whomever he was told to honor his word.

Finally he was released from his verbal contract on the dawn of 2059. Jerry was grateful for his services and pointed him to a fixer named Hector since Lenny had expressed a need to break into the freelance of shadowrunning.
