Kie Sekcuro has the look of being in her mid thirties. Though it is a ruse put on by cosmetic surgery and expensive drug treatments. She is closer to fifty. Japanese heritage in her looks is very obvious with deep olive skin and wide, alert eyes that are the darkest shade of brown. She moves as gracefully as any women. However, arthritis is working its way into her joints. Her fingers are often tightly clutched together. Kie rarely straightens them out anymore. This gives her a somewhat frail appearance

Kie is a bigoted person. She has a torrid dislike for anyone from the west including other corporate executives. Though her dislike of metahumans is by no means light. She has no respect for such people and doesn't care how bad their lives are. This makes her very self centered. She has been known to do anything that would help her situation at the cost of those she considers beneath her.

A veteran with Renraku, Kei Sekcuro's loyalties lie with the corporation. Her goal is to improve Renraku's corporate standing which would increase her popularity in the process. Kei is a tough negotiator, unwilling to cost Renraku anymore then it can get away with.

Kie got her start in a small office in Renraku's offices in Tokyo. Her superiors soon noticed her willingness to do whatever it takes to get the edge on her competition. Wether her opponents where with the company or outside. Her zeal so impressed her underlings that they were willing to go to great lengths, often putting their jobs in danger, in order to accomplish Kei's goals. Such a risk was worthwhile because Kei rarely failed and success brought wonderful benefits

This trait earned Kei's promotion into the "Black Projects" of Renraku in 2049. Since then she has been the major player in hundreds of Black Operations. Though she was in for a major change in 2057 when Renraku transferred her to Seattle. One of the problems Kei immediately encountered was the nature of shadowrunners in Seattle. Her prejudices often get in the way of the job, slowly earning her a reputation as somewhat underhanded in her jobs.
