Fushigi Yuugi | InuYasha | Yuu Yuu Hakusho | Magic Knight Rayearth | Ayashi no Ceres | Sailor Moon | Trigun | Demon Diary
Fushigi Yuugi is about a 15-year-old girl, Miaka, who goes into the Restricted section of books with her best friend, Yui. They both find the book lying on the ground and the book sucks them into the story. When Miaka goes back into it by herself she ends up becoming the Priestess of Suzaku. She has to find all seven of the Suzaku Warriors and have Suzaku appear to make there wishes. Things get complicated along the way though and Yui ends up being her worst enemy.
My fav. character: Tamahome and Tasuki
Fushigi Yuugi is one of my favorite anime and manga. It has great artwork, a great storyline, and great characters. There's lots of twists and parts that are really sad. It has everything that you would want in an anime or manga.
InuYasha is about a 15-yr-old girl, Kagome, who goes down lookin' for her cat in her a place where there's an old well (let me know if you know the real name for it) because her brother is tryin' to get their cat. He's too afraid to go in there so she goes instead and ends up gettin' pulled into the well by a demon who wants the Shikon no Tama that's inside of her body. After that something happens where the Shikon no Tama breaks by Kagome's arrow. Since she broke the Shikon no Tama she feels as if she has to go and help InuYasha look for the shards. She goes back and forth between the fuedel era and her own time. Others join InuYasha and Kagome on their search.
My fav. character: InuYasha
InuYasha is definitely one of my fav. anime and mangas. It's funny and it's dramatic at times and their at the right times. The art is great, along with the storyline and the characters. Takahashi Sensei write some of the funniest stories ever!!
Yuu Yuu Hakusho
Yusuke Urameshi was a normal high school guy that didn't like school and skipped didn't really have a family life either but one day when he was skippin' school he saw this kid bouncin' a ball on the road and the ball went into the street a car was comin' and he pushed the kid out of the way. The kid survived but Yusuke died. The thing was that he wasn't supposed to die and the people in the Spirit World weren't expecting it. He went through this big ordeal to get his body back. He got his body back and is now a Spirit Detective for the Spirit World. He goes and does missions for them and it's a very dangerous job!
My fav. character: Youko Kurama and Kurama
This is also another of my favs. There are some very funny parts and as always very dramatic parts. This story is very exciting. The battle scenes are really good. It's just a really good anime all together.
Magic Knight Rayearth
Umi, Fuu and Hikaru all were on a field trip at the Tokyo Tower (pretty sure it's wrong... I'll find out what it is later). None of them new each other until they were summoned by Princess Emeraude. They were summoned by her to save Cephiro from destruction. They have to save Cephiro before they can leave and go to their own world. They each have their own machines and weapons that suit them best.
My fav. character: Eagle
It's gettin' really.... boring... doin' these. *sigh* Anywayz... MKR is really good. I've only seen the first four episodes (I think) of it so I don't know how good it is as an anime but I know that the manga is good. The characters make a big change, that makes the story better.
I don't know how well I'll be able to do this one but here it goes...
Aki and Aya are twins and their lives are normal until their 16th birthday. They go to their grandpa's house (which is unusual enough for them) to celebrate. When their grandpa brings out a mummified hand in a box for Aya she starts to feel weird then Aki gets cuts all over him. After that everything changes. Aya's family is now tryin' to kill her and save her brother from any harm. Then there is Ceres... Aya transforms into her during certain times of the story.
Wasn't that a great summery? -_-
My fav. character: Tooya
I know I've been sayin' this to everyone of these but this one is definitely one of my favs. I have all of the DVDs and I have the manga (up to four). The manga takes forever to come out though... grrrr... but it's really good. Yuu Watase is the best author and artist.
Sailor Moon
Author: Naoko Takeuchi
Another one.... *sigh* there's goin' to be a lot of these. *sighs again just thinkin' about it*
Serena was just a normal, whinney High School girl. (Aren't they all?) Then Luna (a cat) came along. She gave Serena the brooch (prob'ly wrong once again.. I'll find it sometime) that changes her into Sailor Moon. Now she has to fight all the bad guys that come along tryin' to take over the world. She also has other people that help her out.
That's what your gettin'.
My fav. character: Uhhhh... I think it was.... Darien
I used to watch this all the time when i was in elemtary school but it's not on anymore and now there's a lot better anime out there. I only have one manga so I don't know how good those are. I'm sry if i offened anyone but like it says *points above to the underlined words* it's my opinion.
Trigun
Vash the Stampede, for once not a normal High School girl. He's the Humanoid Typhoon that everyone misunderstands and thinks is this vicious guy who will kill anyone for no reason. That is totally the opposite of Vash. Bad luck follows him everywhere he goes and he tries to save as many lives as he can; he never kills anyone (except when he's forced to.. but that's a diff story). Vash's brother, Knives, always haunts him and thinks every human should die. (Vash and Knives aren't human) Vash has to defeat every guy that comes after him that his brother sends to him, plus the guys that want his bounty... $$60,000,000.
I'm goin' to leave it there cuz I'm not really summerizing it I'm just tellin' the whole story.
My fav. character: Vash of course
This is in my top three prob'ly. I love this anime!! Vash is sooo funny... he can also be serious when he really has to and then sometimes when he should be serious he's funny. They could've made the story longer but other than that it's the best!!! I've seen all the episodes prob'ly.... four to five times each... if not more than that..
Demon Diary
After Lord Raenef IV dies Eclipse is given the task to find Lord Raenef V. Eclipse finds Raenef V but he's not the normal Demon Lord; he is kind to people and he almost acts like a child. He also embarasses Eclipse with his behavior when their at summonings with the other Demon Lords. Eclipse takes on the task of making Raenef become a Demon Lord.
My fav. character: Eclipse
This is one of my favorite manga. It's funny how Raenef acts and how Eclipse tries to help him. There's a lot of humor throughout Demon Diary and there's also some seriousness to it. The artwork in it is also excellent.
