Membership Guidelines
New people have 3 days to observe. If you'd like to stay and begin a story with us, a post must be placed on the boards complete with a short bio of your persona. The history does not have to come into play in RP at the time. After that, simply begin roleplaying. Bios are reviewed in an individual basis. What we look for is simply how you're character lives and grows. The starting point for most everyone is within Port del Llanca. The Hacienda itself is the personal property of Rivan Corte del Leon and the strong hold for the secret society there in. Its not really feasible for you to just show up on the lands of The Hacienda. The residents keep the inner workings of Hacienda del las Rosas quiet and fiercely protect its secrets/members.

Role-play should balanced between sexual exploration and character development. There'll be no more characters seeking nothing more than to get laid or find their "one." Feel free to do more rp of a non sexual nature as you see fit. We understand that there may be a select few that you want to role-play with but part of belonging here might include dealing with those you may not like. We ask that you try to roleplay with as many as your storyline will allow. You never know where it might lead.
Everyone is encouraged to participate in the story telling opportunity. Everyone has the choice to spend time just roleplaying as a story teller and not their character. We ask that there be no more than 1 person story telling at any given time. Story telling can be very imaginative but will not be allowed to directly cause the death of established characters. It wont be used to get your personal vendettas out without the consiquences to your character. In short be an adult. If it gets out of hand, this too can be removed

Residency within the commune of The Hacienda its self is a privledge, not a right. To gain a place within this society, we look for demonstration of special skills and talents that could be useful to the goals of those within Hacienda del las Rosas. Those of us that are members of this underground are not traditionalists. Some of us are assassins, tax collectors, those of "outlawed" faiths, thieves, pirates, privieteers, practicers of deviant sexual sects and so on. As you live and grow within the room, you may be contacted/contracted for certain missions or the roleplay may draw you into the world of intrigue. Everything is based on building storylines, so dont be afraid to get your feet wet so to speak. |

Residents of EL Hacienda should maintain how you contribute to the commune as a whole. Having gained residencey is to be an example to the future residents. Depending on your actions or lack of continued usefulness to the commune, your residency can be recinded. We want you to continue to enjoy and have fun but also remember the characters have lives that should be maintained. It may not always be smooth sailing. You have shown the qualities we desire with in the commune from balancing sex / growth of the character to continued development of your storyline. We would like to see as many individual personalities/stories as is possible. Time period and the unrest within Spain creates all sorts of jumping off points. Feel free to ask if your not sure of the historical time frame. |
