We all know Secret Of Mana, released in the US for the SNES. For those unfamiliar with it, it's a real-time RPG (Role Play Game). In simple terms, it's an RPG, but you are always in control of all your characters, even in battle, attacking, selecting magic and all that. Continuous action, not a game where you can have one hand on the controller and one holding a soda.
The lesser known facts are these; The Secret Of Mana wasn't the first, it's japanese title is Seiken Densetsu 2, roughly translated, Legend Of The Holy Sword 2. There's a total of 4 in the series:
Final Fantasy Adventure/Sword Of Mana : Seiken Densetsu
The Secret Of Mana : Seiken Densetsu II
Seiken Densetsu III : Unreleased in the US
The Legend Of Mana : Seiken Densetsu IV
That is the basic info on the series, that everyone should know. Now the main course.
I've played both the games for SNES, and they're both good, but I like the unreleased better. I'm still playing it and I've had it for months now! The key to this game is the class changing in it, it allows for varieties of characters I just didn't believe to exist. This part is dedicated to spreading the joy of this game, the unreleased and less considered game. Playing is believing!
