Anarchy and Peace

Anarchy cannot possibly be a good future for humanity if people continue to be irresponsible. Right now we have law, and we are being stupid with it, creating the wrong kinds of laws and the wrong kind of motivation to keep these laws effective anyways. But if we have anarchy and people run a muck, abusing others with their power of freedom, then eventually a new crop of "rebels" will develop. These people will be sick of being pushed around by those who cannot control their temper, cannot handle their drugs, cannot find an appropriate outlet for their rage; those who just can't seem to get a grip on life. These new "rebels" will want law back just to make things "safe", and those laws would probably be worse than the ones we have now. From law anarchists will fight, and from fear law will continue; if we don't find a better way this insane circle will continue almost endlessly.
One of the things that we have to do is ALLOW safe outlets for people to vent their frustrations. We also have to make people understand that everyone must take responsibility for their actions, anarchy or no anarchy.
Without anarchy, world peace would be a prison. The only way that peace is possible without anarchy is by force, through mind numbing drugs, or, ironically, guns or other means of physical force. What kind of peace is that? Until the hopelessly irresponsible are weeded out of society, law has to exist in some form just as an ATTEMPT to keep these people in line (when I say irresponsible I mean a PHYSICAL threat to anyone besides themselves).
From the way things look right now, this is a very improbable solution, but I still think that it's good one to hope for.
There is no such thing as "happily ever after". Happiness comes in small doses, so enjoy them when they come and accept it when they don't. That is why I will never close off with "Peace, Love and Happiness"; I prefer my idea of a better way that society could run itself:
