Not much is known about this monster of a man, except that he will do whatever's needed for the right price. He helped a very young Johnny and Orlando find their way to Stephanie's, only to dissapear moments after getting them there.
Stories of his past have trickled in and he was revealed to be the father of Cyanide. He adores his son and watches him from afar, always aware of his status. He also holds a special place in his heart for Riot whom is Cyanide's mother.
Victor has shown a special interest in Sean's son, Orlando. Whether this is nothing more then an attraction or a deep rooted obsession has yet to be seen.
