RAVENous has his parent's intelligence, Lana has their charisma. While both children were indeed their parent's offspring in many aspects, they weren't ruthlessly cunning. They weren't dominating or commanding. They didn't understand their parents any better then they understood what their role would be. Although RAVENous works at the Academy now, and Lana has been seen more often; they still didn't show signs of interest in their parent's affairs initially as was RAVENous' case, or at all as is the case with Lana.
With that being said, meet Dane.
Dane understands all too well that the game being played here is control. He understand the weaknesses of people and their faults. His power comes in his ability to mentally tear apart people, tearing their self-worth to shreds and then attacking when they are at their most vulnerable, all while never raising a finger of attack.
Dane is dangerous, and worst of all; He's a people person.
With all the insane going-ons going on in the world of Endless, Dane has shown up to many a Musi to "set the balance" of the world. With no real affiliation towards any 'cause', his only interest is in keeping the balance of his own world.
Still... Dane has shown that he has a deep affection of sorts to his mother and harbors an immense respect towards his father. Perhaps in the longrun, Dane's looking out for his parents? Or could he just be looking out only for the best interest of his world?
