Darkness Rising. You can find ANY Slayers fanfiction here.

Crimson Tears. My dear, if you are looking for funny with etchi mixed in, Nightfall-san's site is it. Plenty of Slayers, Bakuretsu Hunters, and Utena fan stuff.

Passion Fruit: Harukami-san's site. She is the author of "Reasons", and the "Powers of..." fanfictions. Must I say more?

Zelgadis on the Couch. Possibly the first Slayers fanfiction I ever read, and still one of the best.

Gundam Wing Addiction. I find the best Gundam Wing fanfiction here. Yes, I am a huge Gundam Wing fan as well.

Gundam Wing Fanfiction: There is a story on here called Acherontia Atropos. I tend to think of it as "Anita Blake, Early Years, If Anita Was a Gundam Pilot Named Duo." I have found myself saying "Poor Duo" one minute, then ranting as Heero has failed to kiss Duo the next, and finally holding my breath as the Pilots get, excuse me, "hip deep in shit." Can you tell I like this story? Oh, she also has GW Observations on here too.

StarJewel. Alrhui's site is not for the children, however, it is one of the funniest sites I have been to.

FanFiction.net. Many know it as "Botfodder.net". However, if you look, you can find a lot of really good stuff as well. *coughKeyholescough*

Organized Chaos. Is there a way to describe this? Other than "insane" but that is overused. Um... funny works too...

Ruins of Filgaia. Only good Wild Arms forum I have found. If there are others, please tell me!

Firedancer's Universe of Chaos...and Fanfiction, too!: While most of Talya's GW fanfiction can be found on GW Addiction, her Yu Yu Hakuso fanfiction is just as good. You must read "Blood Call" some time, if you are a YYH fan.
